The application status changed to "Final Review" as on 11-Feb-2020. However, till today it's not fluctuating in status.
As per posting on this forum, usually the application status will get fluctuating after one week from "Final Review".
Please advice me. when we can expect the fluctuating status....?

Given that the improvements in their current processing pipeline, I think I am the only one whose application is taking such a long time. My application is in assessing since 30th Jan (Inline - 10th Jan, Documents delivered - 20th Sept).

Hope this mean, I can choose master's in EE profile. Am i right....?
The university/ies may cause this by not replying to the confirmation correspondence by IQAS, so IQAS will just wait for them, and the status stays as it is.

I have got IQAS result stating 4 years bachelors degree and One year Masters degree... Am i having the equivalency of masters in it or not ? please help .... its urgent
In a few days, you'll see the status complete before returning back to final review. This is called fluctuation stage. Try the given method when this starts.
I guess this time IQAS has expatiate their assessment activity as my dates were as follows:-
Documents submitted status - 12th Sep'19
Waiting for transcripts status - 9th Jan'20
In line processing status - 28th Jan'20
final review status - 13th Feb'20
Complete / Fluctuating stage status - 20th Feb'20

My name is athira, from Kerala, India. I have submitted my ECA online application online on 30/04/2019. unfortunately i didnt know that i had to send my signed application over mail. Eventhough my transcripts were delivered on next month, i didnt receive any update or message from IQAS till October. Finally when i contacted them over mail, i got a reply like my documents were recieved but the signed application is yet to receive. Then I immediately courierd on next day and recived delivery confirmation on October last. But when i again contacted IQAS, they were telling yet to recieve. Then I resend it over another courier service and recieved delievry confirmation from Courier team on December 15th. Still they (IQAS) are not telling whether recieved or not.
Kindly help me to find out a solution. If they recieved it on December15th, when can i expect any updation from them. I am really desperate because of not getting any updation. i know you are a person, who always give prompt reply to people. Kindly consider me as well.

The combination of the Bachelor’s and Master's degree generally compares to the completion of: a four-year Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in marketing and business administration
and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in finance and information technology.
