I guess this time IQAS has expatiate their assessment activity as my dates were as follows:-
Documents submitted status - 12th Sep'19
Waiting for transcripts status - 9th Jan'20
In line processing status - 28th Jan'20
final review status - 13th Feb'20
Complete / Fluctuating stage status - 20th Feb'20
Status changes to mailed within a week, usually 2 or 3 working days. You still have 2 working days left in this week.
After the Mailed status, the report should be with you within a week if you've chosen the courier service. Usually, they will send it through FedEx.
Experts please suggest if below can be used for an Express entry? I am not quite sure if University Certificate (evaluated for the distance education) is accepted by IRCC.

That's still a worry man because I know MDU Rohtak is well known for delaying things. I just hope university doesn't ask for any fees for getting this verified? Got any idea?

Today could be a holiday, so it goes to Monday now.
To be honest i did not notice when my status changed from in line processing to final review. But when i notice its in fluctuation stage it didnt take more than 5 days to reflect the "Mail"/Complete status.
Hi my transcripts were delivered on July 4 but i forgot to include the application signed form with it, which was received just a week back. Now when can i expect IQAS to start processing my application? it has already been 5 to 6 months
