Hello Pallavi,

As per my research, It took around 2 months after we got the 2nd email, 1st, and 2nd email come within the month once your application reached to IQAS headquarters.

Am sure you'll receive the soft copy before the week ends. We have almost the same timeline and I have received mine.

IQAS: (no email to reach out to. but ppl on the phone are nice)
April 21 - post office showed deliver status of my application.
May 4 - this is the date IQAS should have sent me a confirmation/receipt. But they did not.
May 9 - I called and was told they have too much to do and there maybe delays. Only opened files up to April 27. My file was not yet in the system
May 11 - IQAS sent me confirmation of receipt of both application and academic files.


Our timeline is really similar. I think you will receive your acknowledgement pretty soon. However, the ECA I am still waiting for...no idea how long it's gonna take

I didn't get your question, But I assume that you are asking about IQAS validity that is it valid for whole Canada, It is one of the granted education verification services of CIC. Here is the link to the same,

I would suggest you call +1780-427-2655 (Edmonton) choose option 3 (IQAS) and ask about the date or week for which they are sorting the mails received. I called them last week and they were sorting the mails of November 23. You can call them weekly and ask for an update. the moment they will start sorting mails of January 2, you will receive the first email. That's my experience with IQAS.

Thanks for the info... I called them today.. they said they are still sortong application recieved between 21st Nov to 28 Nov... Sadly its very slow.

yes, they are very slow. But do monitor your mailbox daily, from my experience, I received first and second email on a Monday (different calendar day).

Hardcopy Of ECA: Don't need it

Congratulations Priyank....As per your timeline, i think mine ECA report will be delivered in the end of February...Because my timeline is exactly one month behind your timeline...

I would highly suggest just follow CIC website no need to go with any consultancy, They will only take your money. From canadavisa, you will get all answers to your queries. Do not go for paid consultancy.
