Sometimes I am surprised to hear people received different letters from mine from ICAC. Mine received in July did not say anything about evidence or anything else except a tick on one (chamber of decision) of three options which are: chamber of decision, regular hearing, and short hearing. According to my understanding of the content of the letter, I should not taking hearing but it is scheduled on January 23rd. This is t mean, we have many things in common but do not forget that every case is unique. Thank you

The initial stage is just an assessment so there can be various outcomes.

I received a letter from ICAC dated 3/2023, just telling me to be prepared if they decide to ask for my evidence
Since that date until today, I have not received anything from them. Has anything new happened to you?
