All of us who applied to Sydney on february 2010 and have transfer application to Buffalo in march 2010 can expect Medical request this March!

I am not sure what to think.

First it was IN PROCESS then changed to RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE and now back to IN PROCESS.

I would like some clarification if possible please.

Yeah you r right, and I've seen few having same issue had sent query to VO & in reply they said that your file is in process or waiting to be reviewed by immigration officer & no further action is required from your side.

I think we should send query to VO & see what they reply :
