I need some advice or clarification on this matter. I am going to apply for my Inland Spousal Visa and hopefully, I can submit it this month.
In my CHECKLIST I saw this CLASS OF APPLICATION and there is an option of " I am currently living in Canada with my Sponsor,and I am applying under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class" and the other option is " I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the FAMILY CLASS( not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class)I understand that I may be convoked to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada."
I do not know which one I should choose. I've been reading forums but I am looking forward that someone who can help me with this, please.
If you have advice for additional documents that I can submit that you think may help my application please let me know.
