Class of Application Question

On the Document Checklist question 4 it gives you three options.

1. I am currently living in Canada and I am applying under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.
2. I am currently living outside of Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class
3. I am currently in Canada, and I am applying under the Familly Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class.


If me and my common-law partner currently reside in Canada and want our application to be processed in Australia (outland), which option should we chose?
