When do they always ask for financial support? Is it for sponsoring the dependent child??

I called in today and the agent told me thats for processing spronsors approval

Application Received : 11 Dec 2018
AOR : Feb 9 2019
MR : Feb 19 2019
Medical done : 22 Feb 2019
Medical Passed : Mar 4 2019
AIP- March 6th 2019
Police Certificate Req - March 6 2019
Sent Police cert to Mexico City - March 13
Work Permit sent - March 14
Work Permit approved July 17, 2019

We got a update on the online log in page:

We sent " John Doe" correspondence on July 20, 2019. If " John Doe" has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have " John Doe" do so as soon as possible. Please wait until "John Doe " receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Anyone know what the above pertains to?

it can be for the previous documents request... my ecas says the same still since 15th May however they have asked for different documents thrice...last thursday was the last

I already submitted an explanation in webform. But i didn’t get the answer i want to be. Maybe good thing to do is just sit and wait at home..

call IRCC and tell them your situation..they will surely help.

Thats what i’m worried about because i’m waiting for my application approval any moment but i still dont have valid passport another time of waiting to renew it. Its really frustrating. I really want to work while waiting for my application

submit letter of explanation with printed Open Work permit application that's what we did cause our passport was expired and out of status as well.

Same here, i called yesterday, agent told me i had passed security check in june and now they are doing criminality check and eligibility...i guess its on last step now
