Hi Wifedoctor . I remember us both on this every Friday waiting and hoping for a draw for an ITA .
My ECAs four lines , 1.We received your application for permanent residence
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application
Strangely its says "3.We started processing your application on March , 2015 " Not sure what the connection is I created an express entry in Jan and got an ITA in June Aor around June 16th
4.Medical results have been received.
Is the next line going to say decision made ? or how many lines are there usually 5 or 6 ?
Timeline and signature. it is a very slow process. this is my second application as first was rejected as Ielts exam was expired.I hope we get PPR soon.

Yes I remember the 10th draw when we both got invited lol
Dont pay attention to the lines on ECAS, I had 2 only:
1. we received your application.
2. medicals received.
Then when my ECAS became in process, I had 5 lines:
the 2 above,
and 3. we began processing your application on june 18
4. we began processing your application on july 3 (???)
5, we sent you acknowledging the receipt of your application
Then a day later the removed the duplicated line.
So now I have 4. Unless they ask you for something like RCMP or whatever, your next line should be a decision has been made.
Note though that some applicants have received PPRs without going through DM at all.
