Hi, I just landed in Montreal.
Yesterday, I received a call from immigration office and she asked me if I am in Canada within two weeks. Because my medical is going to expire within two weeks and I have to land before that date. Then, they send me landing interview letter. And today, I went to immigration office. It took just 10 min and I got my pr confirmation letter.

We have similar timeline.....but i havent receive anything after pre-Arrival..

have you ever receive AIP?

i hope that i can have my landing Interview soon.

Yes, I got my pre-arrival on May 22, and my eligibility passed letter on may 23 on my online. However, I got my AIP letter about 10 days later by mail. Since then, there was no update. I sent an email to them about 2 weeks ago and asking them about my long background check process. I don't know wether it was effecrive or not, but, I got a call on friday.

Just received email for interview. Going on this monday 28th.
Saskatoon office. Finally.
Took 14months and 3 weeks for interview.
I hope everyone else gets it soon.
Applied 1st august 2018
Medical cleared 29th November
Sponsor approved 22nd march 2019
Received pre arrival 1st august
Final interview 28th october 2019

Hello all, i finally got my letter for interview yaaaay

But it says that i dont need and interview that i can just walk in any day before nov 27 in the halifax o fredericton office.

It says i have to pay the right of permanent residency fee if i havent paid
im not sure if i paid that or not,
I remember i paid all my fees at the beginning of my application i have the receipts but it doesn't say what i paid only how much.

Does anyone remeber?? or is there a way to check?

i have one for 1,040 one for 155 and one for 100.

The right of permanent residency fee is $490. I believe is included on the 1,040
