just out of curiosity, how long it took for status going from ready to dispatch to dispatch via Purolator and did you get any tracking number when it was dispatched from BLS??

My status from ready to dispatch to dispatched via Purolator was changed the same day and yes they would provide you with the Airway Bill No on BLS tracking website. Hope this helps!

Hi All,

I submitted my passport renewal application through Purolator on May 20th and the courier tracking says it was delivered on May 24th. I checked the BLS Track application which still shows "No records found". How long it usually takes to show the status in BLS Website.

Everyone please be very careful with this unprofessional BLS agency. Try to visit them personally and avoid postal application. They lost my passport and all the documents and even after dozen of emails they are not ready to take the responsibility. I have the purolator receipt and the date it was delivered to them but they have no clue where my passport is. Even though on embassy website the status is showing as " passport has been printed".

Did you get the dispatch status on embassy website or on BLS website ? Mine is stuck at "passport has been printed" for over a week and BLS status is not updated. On enquiry with BLS they have no idea where my passport is.

Hi everyone,
Submitted to Toronto Consulate through Bls Lawrence. I got my CAT number around 17-20 june (wasnt able to check the portal during this time so I am not sure about the exact date). I need my passport urgently to travel for work in Germany by the end of July. Getting very anxious as I also have to apply for work visa once I get the passport. I went to the consulate and they told me that cannot do anything. Any suggestions what to do?
