BLS APPLICATION RETURN
Hi all. My husband’s passport reissue postal application got returned by BLS Vancouver. Got the email on May 1. Does anyone know how long will it take for us to receive the original passport and other documents in the passport application back?

It took only 3 days for me when my postal application was returned by Brampton office. You might want to call their customer care or send an email, ask for the tracking number of the returning package.

Hi, my passport application while tracking shows Print Initiated. However, on the inspect mode it says:

"STATUS_DESC": "Application Granted on post police verification basis",
And I also see another line for Print and PV initiated. What does this mean? I'll get the passport first and then there will be a Police Verification or how does it work?

Mine still shows under process. Officer visited house last week for PV but status has not changed to print yet. Not sure why they are so slow. How can i follow up regarding this?

I am also in the same boat. Got my PV done 10 days ago and Passport Sewa still shows "Application in review....." Did you get it updated? If yes, in how many days.

Yes, my changed to printing now. it took almost a month from PV request email. yours should change to printing anytime

No, there is no update since my passport arrived at embassy. Its been 20 days now.

Hello, I applied for new passport after I lost mine.
Applied on april 23
PV done on 27may
print initiated for passport on 28may, Tuesday. There has been no update after that. I need passport urgently by next weekend. Anyone knows anything that can be done to get passport or had been in similar situation.

u can only contact embassy, but they dont entertain any emails. u can try your luck by visiting them personally. as mine was in print initiated stage since Monday. good luck
