My situation is also same. My passport address and Aadhar address is same. But application address is my friends address as my parents moved to other state. Is it going to be any problem?
In the form it is clearly mentioned permanent address. As we know this address is nothing but your parent's native address where in case of any emergency govt authority can reach out to your family members. It's not necessarily to be the address where you lived. However, some police men asks for address proof of the candidate, as they do not know about this new pcc guidelines for outside india applications. I gave my parent's native place address where I have not lived in last 15 yrs. In my case police asked for the proof and luckily I had that. Idealy they are not supposed to look for address proof, but I cannot blame them completely. our external affairs has responsibility to update and make all police stations aware of this new guidelines for outside application. But we all know how these things are managed especially in non metro cities. I would suggest you to call your police station and deal with them politely
Hope this helps.
