I think BLS surrey and consulate general Vancouver are doing much better job then Brampton and Toronto. My PCC is sitting at ready for collection since 23 june.

Why is it going to police station in india? My pcc was done here only. Did not go to india police station? Very strange!!!

Pcc is under review at passport seva kendra --- 16 June
My pv was done ---- 24 June
Pcc needs to be collected from regional passport office --- 25 June
What would be the next stage? And any time lines please.

Next stage is PCC printed.
Timeline is different for everyone. It could take 1-10 days before it move to the next stage.
My status is same as yours from 23 june

Perhaps people who should have their passport issued outside india (mine was issued from Vancouver), I envisage they are getting the Police Verifications.

I think the process has changed. Now all are going to india.

Wait for around 20 to 30 days .
 
US police verification ... send finger prints to FBI on saturday... delivered on monday....one hour after delivery, electronic delivery of the Police verification....

These ass nuts sitting in the consulate general in toronto... who just are morons and laid back imports from india... just add complexity to the process... they do not realize the timeliness of these requests...plus these BLS idiots are there just trying to make this demanding... trying to push everything on covid19... seriously shameless creatures... who are good for nothing piece of junkies... sitting in consulate general of india, seriously enjoying govt perks...and bullshitting in the office everyday

BLS @ Brampton, Toronto is sitting on it for literally 3 weeks, roughly 15 working days.

Application sent : 8 June
Reached BLS : 9 June
BLS tracker shows "processing" : 26 June.

So its suggested to apply and just wait for 3 weeks. The process isnt moving any faster.
