Are you tracking under passport section ( postal application) with date of birth? Or is there any other method for tracking?

IF your jurisdiction comes under toronto consulate, then only photo copy is needed. Make sure you self attest all photocopies.

If you sent it through BLS, this is the tracker https://www.blsindia-canada.com/trackapp.php. Since i sent through BLS, i tracked here.
But if sent directly to consulate, i don't know if there is a tracker available, except may be calling customer care.

Today I received an email regarding of my application status and it’s under process.
It’s been almost 2 weeks to track the application status.

I setup the appointment by calling BLS. Luckily they answered that day. Postal order from Canada post will work. No need to go to bank if it's far. You can schedule pickup/drop of package by Purolator, on the BLS website.

Please contact their call centres / customer service to book your postal application at the given numbers (Brampton/Toronto – 4163072237; Winnipeg- 2042853985. BLS can also be contacted by email at – qc.ca@blsinternational.net (website - https://www.blsindia-canada.com/). Services may have longer processing times.

We need to make a call to call center number to book a application pickup. They would collect the details, and after you pay for Purolator pickup/delivery, they help to create a pickup label. Once you have the label ready, you can call purolator pickup to come and collect your documents. We can track the delivery of the documents. After few days, we can track the status of application from here https://www.blsindia-canada.com/trackapp.php. Hope this helps.

1. Photocopies is enough. Single bank draft is enough (Even if sending for multiple applications in same courier. Example: Self + spouse)
2. If you are using pickup and drop, you pay upfront while booking. If you are sending separately through post, then need to include return envelopes.

I have a pickup and drop service from purolator on Monday do I need envelops or purolator will arrange that for me?? Please let me know at your earliest convience.

First fill the application form online in BLS site.
second : download and print the prefixed application form,add your photo and signature.
third: gather all the xerox copies according to the requirement.originals not required...Get the DD for 44.40 .
finally : schedule a pickup with purolator and ask them for a return shipping label as well. Send to BLS Brampton and not to consulate in toronto.

I need a quick clarification, Do we need to self attest all photocopies to be sent to BLS? I am planning to submit two separate DD for 44.40 CAD each for me and spouse and enclose each applicant's docs in a small envelope and send both envelopes in a large envelope thru Puralator. Please confirm if this is correct approach.

Hey all,

Did anyone tried applying for Indian PCC now? The Consulate and BLS is not accepting walk-in applications and they accept only via postal. But the procedures mentioned in the website are not clear. Did anyone apply through postal? Help pls.

I spoke to them today..
*Just full an online form for pcc take a print
* paste picture
*photo copy of work permit and passport all pages
* residents proof drivers license.bill..ect
* book a purolator pickup and dropoff.
