India PCC from Toronto

Hey all,

Did anyone tried applying for Indian PCC now? The Consulate and BLS is not accepting walk-in applications and they accept only via postal. But the procedures mentioned in the website are not clear. Did anyone apply through postal? Help pls.

I posted my docs to the Consulate General of India and got the PCC. Unfortunately, it is now asking to send the postal applications to BLS. I don't know the processing time for BLS.

My documents were delivered to Indian Consulate yesterday (April 13, 2020). In how many days can I expect my PCC from there ?

I have sent my documents through BLS. The application date in tracker shows 7th Apr 2020 (eventhough purolator delivered on 3rd Apr 2020). Still status shows processing at consulate general. I believe they told it would be 10-15 days processing due to Covid.

We submitted Walkin PCC application at BLS Brampton office on 21- March. Till now no update.

Based on your previous quote, i think you submitted your application through the BLS Brampton. I don’t have any contact details of them.

Please contact their call centres / customer service to book your postal application at the given numbers (Brampton/Toronto – 4163072237; Winnipeg- 2042853985. BLS can also be contacted by email at – qc.ca@blsinternational.net (website - https://www.blsindia-canada.com/). Services may have longer processing times.

We need to make a call to call center number to book a application pickup. They would collect the details, and after you pay for Purolator pickup/delivery, they help to create a pickup label. Once you have the label ready, you can call purolator pickup to come and collect your documents. We can track the delivery of the documents. After few days, we can track the status of application from here https://www.blsindia-canada.com/trackapp.php. Hope this helps.
