Those of you whose status recently changed to "in process" let's share what's going on. Mine changed to "in process" on Feb 01, but when I click on it, it gives 4 messages--2 relating to CIO; and the other 2 are (i) that the file was transferred to the VO and (ii) that the VO received my docs and they are pending review. Is this normal? Shouldn't it say that the VO already reviewed the docs and that they placed my case into processing? I was reading some people are experiencing errors in E-cas, is it one of them? How about those whose status changed to "in process"? Can you share?

My status also changed yesterday into process; frankly, I don't thing that it is an error because when I click on the status it says exactly what it said when it was written RBVO.
First it was CIO Nova Scotia Eligibility Review Complete (till December 2010)- Received by visa office (December) - In Process ( February 1st).

That's interesting...my e-cas doesn't have 2 lines that say "we transferred your file.....", instead it has only one line; other than that it's the same. But I agree with the people who mentioned that genuine "in process" status should give the date they actually started processing. Let's wait and hope for the best.
