Cheers...
Yours seems to have gotten into "in process" pretty fast, soon after you got your 2nd AOR. I don't think that's typical with Buffalo VO.
Please see my timelines in my signature.
in november, 2010 when i sent a case specific inquiry to buffalo I got the following reply:
Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when the processing of your application will be complete.
Regards,
Canadian Consulate General Buffalo

My e-cas still shows: RBVO
2nd AOR Date: 29 April, 2010

There is no set time frame/pattern/bench mark for doing comparisions for Buffalo applicants. We are absolutely at VO staff's mercy and whims & fancies.
Good luck to all...

Does that mean you haven't heard from the VO since April/May 2010? That has been a looooong wait already! Also, I'm a little confused--your file transfer happened before the file was sent to the VO?
Anybody who got "in process"/"file transfer" status at Buffalo VO recently? Can you share how long it took to get there?
Hi everybody,
I am pretty new on this form and this will be my first post.
I sent the application to CIO feb 2010
doc request march 2010
full app package sent on jun 2010
2 nd aor received nov 2010
e case status still rbvo
I received the aor from buffalo almost 5 month after they recieved full package and more then 7 month after my application transferee to buffalo. I just realized that it took more then usual when I read the post on the forom. Does anybody have any idea why mine took more then usual, and why is my e cas stil says rbvo?
Thanks for any advice
once you recived 2nd aor and get file tranfer to buffalo its good, your e-case is in process you will sure get update on e-case, if not update on e-case then you will sure get respons from Buffalo CHC soon, my is same case, but my e-case was in-process but not its display Recieved by VO.
dontworry this CHC is too slow, will update something soon... just wait...

Hi,
I got my second AOR on December 21st and the e-cas shows RBVO. I had a recent change of address and emailed the same last week and the e-case status reflects the new address change. Will post when it becomes In-process
Thanks

So what U saying is our files might be in cases eventhough ecas says RBVO? Is that right?
The thing that I do not understand, after getting 2AOR how much longer are we going to wait? I've seen posts saying we should get the MR after 3 months and saying it can takeup to 6 months? Which one should we believe? My legal status in US will get expired in July, so if it is gonna take longer then that I have to look for other ways to stay legal in US.
Mhmtbck
Right now timeframe for MR is minimum 6months when you get second AOR, I count minimum 6months to maximum 8months for buffalo ny chc.
even my personal experience too, I am waiting for MED request since last 3and half months after 2nd AOR.
Recived by VO and you got 2nAOr so dont worry the E-case status in somany cases not changed, once you got 2nd AOR then your case is in-process thats sure.....

I don't think so. And, why are you thinking of doing it before request from the VO?

You can't.

Correct absolitly not possible , Doctor will not accept you for medical checkup , doctor ask you for medical papers or confirmation by respected CHC, you can not go directly , its not possible without medical request papers for medical checkup.
dont think more wait for medical request.
