I am from germany and I applied for my second extension as visitor. I did this 30 days before my other extension end. Now I am only a few day's away from that day and I haven't got an answer from the immigration office!
I read about the "implied status"!
Do I will be after that day in implied status? SO I can stay longer in canada until they make a decision? How do I get that status? Do I need to get any paper?
And if the decision is a NO ... how much time do I have to leave canada?
THANKS!

1. You have implied status until CIC makes a decision and informs you, the processing time for a VR is 94-114 days at Vegreville. You don't get a paper.
2. You are supposed to leave immediately, but usually are give a 30 day grace period.
