Leaving Canada under implied status

I am in Canada now with visitor visa that expire April 1st.
But I need to stay until April 5-7th.
So,I want to apply extension to get implied status rather than overstay.
it will take 3 months to get result.
Can I leave Canada under implied status without problem.
Does it affect next visit if it’s refused.
