immigration application/studypermit

Hi guys,

I did a 1 year program, and i applied for my 1 year post-graduate work permit. As times goes, got job towards the expiration which was very late. The employer couldn't file for me due to the time.

As advised by the immigration, I went back to school for 1 year program. its either i stay in Canada or return back to my country. .

after graduating from school. i got a job in my field. The organisation gave me employment letter etc. I applied for my work permit. Its was refused because i already had my post-graduate work permit.

Now, immigration sent a letter i return back to school again and restore my status as a student.


after the school, please what's the next step? which work permit would I apply for?

You are no longer eligible for a PGWP as its only given to international students once in their lifetime. If you want to work in Canada, you must find a employer who is willing to obtain LMIA for you.
