So I am currently living with my partner (the applicant). So we answered 'Yes' to question 3: Are you living together now?
My confusion is if Question 4 should still be treated separately or in relation to Question 3? Question 4: "If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?"
The wording is confusing. Since it's referring to the past with "have you visited each other during your relationship", are we supposed to answer 'Yes' as well and include past visits we did for each other before we started living together? Or this is meant to be blank if you answered 'Yes' to Question 3?

It is pretty clear in my opinion - you don't answer #4 because you are living together. #4 is only for if you are NOT living together. There's a place somewhere in the forms where you have to briefly write your relationship history - mention your visits there.
