IMM 5406 Additional Family Information - Must sponsor fill this?

Hi,

I'm confused regarding this form. Who has to fill it out?

The guide states:
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - You and each of your family members 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form.

I'm sponsoring my husband. I know he has to fill it out, but the question is: Do I have to fill out a copy as well?

"each of your family members over 18" refers to any dependants over 18 your husband has listed in his application. since you're the sponsor, that excludes you as a dependant, so you don't do or fill out any form that mentions something like that. your husband will list you on his form under spouse.

I did not have my spouses 25 year old daughter fill this form in and i have already sent the application can i send it after i am approved as a sponsor? She will not be coming to Canada any time soon.

more likely than not, if she's mentioned somewhere in the application, CIC will request it either before approving the sponsor, or at a later date.
