Reading at the top of form IMM 5406 it says "The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form"
I know my wife in the Philippines has to fill this form out but do I have to fill it out as well?
No. Sometimes the spouse of a principal applicant is also applying for PR. That's an example of when that would be applicable.
Ya I wasn't sure about that part either. I didn't think I had to fill one out as well but I wasn't sure what they meant.
