Ali,
1- Bank of America will notarize your documents. Try another branch, they did the same for me, claiming they can't notarize but I went to another branch.
2- Technically I didn't provide any proof except my high school diploma and another degree which has two classes in French. They called me and we spoke in French. I think they waived the interview when they knew I could speak the language. I advice to take accelerated classes. If they talk to you over the phone, they will assess you level and based on that, they will decide whether to interview you or have you take the test.

in some instances we were supposed to write numbers like any fax number or dates, at that place N/A doesn't works. so i inserted "00" and it automatically took hyphen (-).
i am going to apply for quebec , my all docs are ready but i have a confusion of training docs. Is education docs are used for training also.. I did mechanical engg and i have only degree of engg. If educational docs cannot be taken as training docs then what docs are required for training.

in my case i filed everything else and after i printed it i hand wrote in the rest of space. doing so you have to be careful and proof read it many times to make sure all is full.

i guess the doc you are talking about should be the intership ones (at the end of training one gets a letter or something that tells that one did complete from this period to this period this sort of training and signed by the trainer or the manager of the company or so) those doc are what you need in addition of your education doc.

they havnt mentioned whether to send original or copy, so i sent my original. because in FSW, original is sent.
certificates/degrees/diplomas are same thing and awarded after transcript. transcripts contain all your courses and your scores in every course, whereas certificate certifies that you have successfully passed the educational program with "X" grades and the year of passing. its been signed by the chancellor or higher authorities of educational institute and its normally traceable.
i need to mail my application package ...tell me what postal service should i use??...and wat sort of envelope you enclosed ur doc package.. i know sounds silly ..but i thought better to ask..!!
i used TCS to send my application, first i took a big brown envelope (bigger than A4 size) pasted the address on it and transferred my docs to it, then i took TCS express flyer, normally plastic one, wrote address on it and put the brown envelope into it. went to TCS office, they need to see the material, showed them my docs and then sealed the flyer. and handed over to them. they issued me the receipt.
nothing is silly.
