French Examination For Quebec or PNP

Hi to all Seniors who know about Quebec PR steps.

I have Question that for Immigration to Quebec required French language ability that we know, but can you guide me hows the examination means its just : Speaking and Listening?

or same as IELTS : L R W S.

please guide me, my brother wants to file PR - Quebec in some months after clear French Examination, he started all preparation for Quebec PR.

According to the immigration documents its only Listening and Speaking.
