I have a PR Card, my husband is here on a work visa and we have a child that is born in Canada, so she's a Canadian citizen.
I'm sponsoring my husband (application outside of Canada) and Im stuck with the question on the form : GENERIC APPLICATION FORM CANADA
Question about ADD DEPENDANTS (this question is for the principal applicant, so that's my husband):
Does he need to add me as a dependant?
Does he need to add our child who is canadian as a dependant?
On the guide it says:
Dependant(s)
You, the principal applicant must answer each question on behalf of each of your dependant(s).
Note: Remember that all questions in this section are about your dependant. You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
Who has the same situation as me?
Can somebody please give me some advise?
