I am going to be sponsored by my wife, who is a Canadian citizen, we are applying under the family class. spousal sponsorship. We have a daughter who is a Canadian citizen together.
Its says on the form 0008 generic form, "I must include details on dependant children/family members, whether they will accompany me to canada or not",
but goes on to say "
You must include your spouse or common-law partner, If applicable, and all of your dependant children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, Who are not already permanent residents or citizens of canada."
Do I need to add her as a dependant on this form even if she lives in canada and is a citizen? Im so confused, please help.
