Also my CRS score is 403 at the moment, do i stand any chance to get picked up in ON PNP or direct nomination from CIC.

Yes my frnd.. make sure your profile is created/recreated recently.. since OINP is happening on a weekly basis.. and they usually send out notifications on thursday/friday..

Not only your own. It says there your sister/brother by blood, adoption, marriage/common-law. It also includes your husband/partner's sister/brother by the same.

what I meant was it only refers to your /spouse siblings from same parents, not your first cousins either from maternal or paternal side yes?

I don't know if am being a bit pessimistic here, but with the profiles having CRS of 461-72 , I have a hunch that this time CRS cut off will not go below 418-419, wherein I really pray it should go till 408-406
