As I remember, there were 2 True statements- the one about "need to be there in person", isn't that true? Because the opposite would be "don't need to be there in person", which wasn't the case. It said, can be done in person or telephone. But does it make the statement False?
Anyway, you're probably right.
I think... it was mentioned as card can be renewed in person or by telephone.. and the question was - the card can be renewed only in person - which is FALSE

The question did not mention of ONLY. As far as my memory recalls, it said, People need to go to library in person to renew bla bla.... anyways the answer is FALSE. Reason is theres another alternative - you can do so by calling as well. So people do NOT need to go in person. Contradicts hence false.
Task 2 : Some people believe that manufacturers and supermarkets should minimise the packaging material used. However, others think that consumers should avoid heavily packaged goods. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

19 guys, it can’t be “positive language” as the question itself would be grammatically incorrect. If it was “positive language”, they should have written an article “ an, a or the” which in this case must be “a”. Therefore, i think It should be any plural word like “EXPERIENCE SECTIONS” as these words don’t need any article before them.
