I think it was false
Because they use the word, "only way to make it possible by going personally to the library.
Paragraph say you may get it done personally as well as by call.

So the word ,"only" in the question made me write false

Sure. But I don't think the statement said "only way". Anyway, that's just my guess. Like I said, you're probably right.
Any thoughts on the listening answers?
