Agree, they told about an item. If I remember correctly in the answer was a word "device" or "system"

They asked about system ,the answer was hands-free , it was quite straight forward ,why u r confused .

1 TWIN bebroom- i believe that's correct answer
17. Unfortunately i wrote equipment because i really don't understand why it's domain name. They are both appropriate answers however mostly wrote domsin name. The paragraph says You shoud be prepared and buy all necessary equipment to make sure if smn wants to send you a fax than you can do this. So i decided that in statement about Internet Connection they meant EQUIPMENT. (

I was bit confused aswell
But ,I read it 3-4 times and realised it could not be not given as it is mentioned in the text
Hence ,marked true in the end

Yh whenever I get time ,I give the exam. Last time I wrote in July last year,and this was my 4th attempt ,hope for the best this time .What about u?

Even I have got confused now.

The question was something like -

-The mail can be redirected to a new address if requested.

Passage said -

All mails will be redirected to the new address.

All in all, mails would be redirected whether they are requested or not.

It could be not given if nothing was mentioned about redirection to new address.

Yes it would have been not given if there was nothing about redirection mentioned in the passage . Both subject and object were given ,hence it could have been true or false ,could not be not given by any means
