How long have you been trying?
Maybe you should take a break from IELTS, study some English and then focus on the IELTS again?
Or maybe you are mentally broke and too stressed when taking the test. Just try to take a break if you don't get next time.
I only did my first attempt and I didn't make it (0.5 in writing and listening let me out), but I am sure sooner or later everybody is able to get the scores, and I am sure you will get it too. I think you should not give up, just maybe try a different strategy if you don't get the scores on your next exam.

So sorry. Have you taken any classroom training? May be you can give it a shot. One of my friend who is well versed in English recommended classroom one to one training

It’s been 1 year 2 months now. When I took the test first time my score was l-6.5, R- 8.5, W-7.5, S-7.5. I continue to get low marks in listening so I did a lot of practice and keep myself calm during the test. From aug 2018 onwards I started getting good score in listening (two times I got 9 AS well) but then my reading dropped one time and for the last three times my writing is consistently 6.5. Whenever I get 6.5 in writing I suspect they deliberately don’t give marks, coz my writing has been consistent and I have got 7.5 and 8 as well in writing

yes , I was advised by on earth of my friend. So I did 1 class (one to one ) session and they pointed 1-2 small opportunities in my writing and said rest everything is ok. Listening was also marked satisfactory there

It was my 3rd attempt including 2 times in March and i consider to give myself a little break from ielts...)!Firsty,i was really dissapointed with results but then i realised that i just can't drop everything and quit. Let's be strong! And practice more!
My results are always the same for writing and speaking which is funny for my point of view beacause the 1st time i wasn't totally ready for writing) however,i did use inversion, conditions, complex sentences, linking words, passive voices and relative clause in my 2nd and 3rd attempt ..and still THE SAME marks)
7 8 6 6.5
8 7 6 6.5
7.5 7.5 6 6.5
We can do this!)
For reading you can simply practice on Youtube.there are plenty of materials there as well as for listening.
For writing i used the Liz website and E2 with Jay.
