IELTS General Training module test result

This is my IELTS General Training module test result:

Writing - 7.0

Speaking - 6.5

Listening - 6.5

Reading - 5.0

Are these results will qualify the English proficiency requirement if I will apply the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program?
Please advise.

Your IELTS result is more than enough to apply for PNP, or enventhough your score is excellent for federal skilled worker.

Hi! may I ask if the test is the same as when our taking cambridge practice test or british council? Is the pacing of the test same as the practice given by these orgs. Highly appreciate your advise. Thanks
