Hi there I appeared in IELTS General Module twice and got the following results.
1st: Listening 7.0, Reading 6.5, Writing 7.0 and Speaking 7.0
2nd: Listening 8.0, Reading 8.5, Writing 6.5 and Speaking 7.0
Can any one please guide me how to interpret my result ? How much do I need in order to claim High Proficiency Level to collect 16 point ?

you've got 16points total on your 2nd take..Ist take is 14 points since you only got 7 in listening...hope this helps...
