IELTS CRS points

I passed the first IELTS test and got overall 7
listening : 7
reading : 7.5
writing :6
speaking :8


my second time i got overall 7.5
listening : 8.5
reading : 7
writing ; 6
speaking : 8

is it going to up my points or not ?

I used that tool with my old IELTS score and it gave me a completely different score than the one I have on my express entry profile ! Is that weird ?!
