There's more to eligibility than just language test scores but, yes, in terms of LANGUAGE eligibility, you meet the minimum requirements.
But if you can take the test again and score higher (both of you), then you should. The higher your language test scores, the higher your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score, which is what determines your likelihood of getting an invitation to apply for permanent residency.
