Just to clarify,
I'm an Australian, have already completed a 24 month IEC working holiday.

Can I/or not be eligible for a young professionals visa?

Just confused to whether the 2nd application is just limited to the IEC co-op visa

That’s the way I read it you can participate only in the internship program after the WHV program so the YP is not an option.

Yes - that's correct. The second participation must be in the co-op category.
