Can I Apply for IEC Young Professional after having IEC Working Holiday Visa

Hi Everyone just wondering if anyone can offer any advice as I can't seem to find a clear answer online...

I am an Australian currently residing in Canada on an IEC Working Holiday Permit...What I'm wondering is, can I apply for a visa in the IEC Young Professionals Pool after already having the Working Holiday Permit??

I read it that unless you participated in IEC before 2015 you can only participate in the coop program after a working holiday but thats just my interpretation http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/eligibility.asp?country=au&cat=yp

No - you can't. Second participation must be co-op.
