I am an Australian currently on an IEC working holiday visa which expires April 22nd 2015. Can I apply for the IEC Working Holiday visa from within Canada. On the Canadian Immigration website under IEC it says that if you have participated in IEC before 2015 (which I have) you are eligible to participate a second time for up to 24 months in the category of your choice. And if so what country of residence would I put, Australia or Canada? and what would I put for travel itinerary if I am already in Canada?
