I am a citizen of Tajikistan, working as a senior specialist in the Ministry of Economy.
I need a job offer to immigrate, how and where can I find a job as fast as possible.
Have I chance to get an offer? Please can someone help me? I am ready to spend necessary money for it.

Your best bet for finding a job offer is to apply for jobs with employers directly (through their web sites) or through reputable job sites such as indeed, monster, workopolis, etc. Note that the employer will need to obtain an LMIA in addition to giving you a job offer.

LMIA = Labor Market Impact Assessment. Its a document employers in Canada must obtain to hire a foreign worker. The document serves to confirm that there is no Canadian available for the job, hence the need for a foreign worker. The document is issued by the govt.
