Realistically, unless you are in possession of unique skills or experience, no.

if not then what is the best way to migrate to Canada, and can u also advice link me to the best immigration lawyer to deal with as i have lost some money dealing with fraudsters.

Unfortunately, these jobs you have done are not really considered unique and highly skilled. You can still apply for jobs, but the employer must get an LMIA (which costs them money and takes at least 4 months) for the position he is offering.

Would you consider coming over to study for a couple of years? An immigration lawyer will not help you get a job from outside Canada.

You don't need an immigration lawyer. Have you looked into the express entry programs? If your points are high enough you may get invited to apply for PR. All the information to submit the application is available online.
