What exactly are you asking? Are you asking whether you can claim 3 years of work experience for CRS purposes? or (if FSW applicant) are you asking if you will get 3 years of work experience under the six selection factors.
Actually I want to apply fot PR under FSW IN express Entry Scheme,So please suggest should I complete minimum 3 years in a same organisation or 2.4 year in one organisation and 8 months in another will count as a 3 years of experience .Because what I think this matters for your score to fet ITA. Please help me on this.
