Seriously? If I'm not mistaken, there are 130k PGWP holders. If this is true, then goodbye, Canada, for most people here - that would be more than enough to meet Canadian immigration plans for the year.
130k PGWP issued. Less who decided not to stay. Less those unable to secure a job. Less the job being secured is seasonal/temp/contractual/part-time. Less who has 1 year experiences. How many of them are left?
Though, I don't think CIC give out points easily like that, especially without announcements. I don't know how to spot a photoshoped picture But if that is legit, I would be really interested to know the reason.
he has already provided the screen shot - just click on quote on the post and you will get the picassa link. for some reason its not showing up here in the forum
Hi guys, I really want to help. I know how frustrated it could be when people like us didnot get that 600 points.
I'll try my best to find out what happened.
And i'll post my findings here.
I still can't post my screenshot correctly. Sry about that.
Before you submit your application, you should send an email to Ottawa to confirm if this is a legit ITA or there may be some system error. Please let us know the result if there is any response from CIC. Thank you.

What was your answer to "Does XX have a job offer in Canada?" when you were filling out your profile... Can you provide the answers you gave to each question?
"Candidates who are currently working in Canada but have not been offered a job that is supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment should answer “No” to the question “Does [Candidate] have a job offer in Canada?” and they should create a Job Seeker account in Job Bank."
I am in the same boat, (PGWP & LMIA-exempt, currently working with no LMIA).
