Hi ,i am planning to land in calgary in may end ,i m sonologist ultrasound and doctor ,but i know i have to pass licensing exams here and definitely it takes money time as well as preparation ,so how to get job other than my profession because these are regulated profession i have .I ahve good communication skill as well but everyone there most of the people have .So i have less knowledge of computer so kindly tell me how to get job any link any advice any preparatory sggestion which is helpful for me kindly tell me ,thanks and takecare
