I would appreciate if someone can inform me on how to start a Temporarily Travel Permit for my 2 kids, I am in Canada and I am a PR,but my kids were born outside of Canada and they dont have any status in Canada and they are staying with their mum who is also a PR.
in 2016 we applied for a TRV for the 2 kids, the embassy in abu dhabi,approved it but they asked for 200CAD$ for each kid to change the application from TRV to TRP.
How can I apply directly for another TRP without paying fees first for TRV and then wasting processing time and correspondence to change it again from TRV to TRP.
like i tried to apply online through CIC, I cant find the right application documents for TRP.

You should submit an application for a temporary resident visa along with supporting documents to explain why you are inadmissible and why it may be justified for you to enter Canada.
