l migrated to Canada in 2016 from South Africa as a skilled worker l have a TRV expiring in October 2018 and was unfortunate to have been a victim of all kinds of abuse form employer ,including employer with holding my work permit, matter reported to police and was offered help to apply for a TRP and OWP, I received my second TRP in June 2017 and in July police investigation was concluded no charges against employer, have applied for another extension for another TRP/OWP in November, my question is what are my chances of being approved ?l have a Canadian girlfriend who is pregnant staying together now for 7 months and l mentioned all this in the extension application , your input will be appreciated.
