If you notice all the previous threads, no one of us have the slightest hint when we would get our passports :(

However, looking at recent trends it should take atleast 3-4 weeks (not sure even longer) to get it back !

I called up VFS Helpline and the agent told me to check the website for status change at least 10 days after submission date. No updates likely before that.

We called them yesterday too and the guy said we cant really say the pp can come in 2/3 days or it can take 2 more weeks ... its not in our hands !

Yours is 14 Dec- need to wait atleast till 14 Jan, going by this trend.

Yesterday, I saw a FB post of a guy who got himself passport back on 19 October, after submitting it on 1 December.

U mean he got passport back on 19th December and submitted it on 1st December???

I submitted 1 dec vfs Chennai just now online status says approved still waiting for getting back passport
