Could you please tell me how to get HRSDC approval? I have a source in Canada who is willing to provide job but does not know the procedure and has asked me to write to him. I have applied for FSW 1 under NOC 4121 but need extra points. Please advise in detail. Also, is it that the job has to be in the same NOC or can be in any NOC.Many thanks.
