I have lived in Canada for over 3 years on a temporary work permit. My PR application was submitted to the Buffalo Office and it was received September 1st, 2008 and I have not heard anything back yet (AOR). Is this normal?
I applied under FSW as the CEC hadnt come out yet (I originally submitted it in June but it got returned for incomplete info). Which leads to another question. Should I cancel the FSW application and start a fresh with the CEC?
